Four students you can meet.
We are four University of Arkansas students who work in Northwest Arkansas: Jackson Varela, Annie Wagner, Abigail Estes and Bella Gambaro. One named person on our team owns each of your tasks.
We're new. You won't find reviews or client results here yet, because we won't make them up. You can try the work yourself in the live demos on our home page, and you can meet all four of us.

What we do and how
The admin comes off your plate. The final say stays.
We take receipts, invoices, follow-ups, scheduling and paperwork off your plate, and we set up AI that drafts the busywork. Tax, payroll, legal work and moving money stay with you and your licensed pros.

What does it cost?
The check-up is free, with nothing to buy. If you want help after that, we quote a flat monthly price in writing before any work starts, based on the tasks you pick. Tool costs, like a texting plan, are paid by you directly to the vendor, and we show them before you decide.
Do I have to give you my passwords or bank login?
No, and please don't send them. The check-up needs no logins at all. If you hire us, you invite us as a user in the tools you already use, so you can see what we can reach and remove us in one click. We never touch your bank or move money.
Is AI going to talk to my customers?
Only if you want it to, and only from answers you approved. A phone or chat assistant says it is an assistant and hands anything else to you. Everything else AI does is a draft that one of us checks and you approve. If you'd rather we skip AI on a task, we do it by hand.
You're students. Why should I trust you with my business?
Fair question. We are four University of Arkansas students who work in Northwest Arkansas. For you, that means a short client list, a named person on every task, and work you can check line by line. It does not mean we are CPAs, attorneys or a payroll company, and we will tell you when something needs one. Try the demos on this page and judge the work yourself.
What happens over school breaks or when you graduate?
We tell you our schedule up front, breaks included. Every task we take on gets a written how-to, so nothing lives in one person's head, and it is yours to keep.
What happens to my data?
Wherever possible it stays in your own accounts. We tell you in writing which tools touch it, AI tools included, and we use settings that keep your data out of AI model training. We never sell or share it, and we delete working copies when a task is done.
Which tools do you use?
The ones you already pay for, where possible: Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, your accounting and booking tools, your phone system. If something new would help, we tell you what it costs and you decide.
What if I want to stop?
Email us. It is month to month with no cancellation fee. Within 2 business days we remove our access, hand back every file and how-to, and confirm it in writing.
What if you get something wrong?
You see the sources and the math before anything is final, and anything we can't match to a record comes to you as a question. If a mistake slips through in work you approved, we fix it at no charge.
Will this replace my bookkeeper or CPA?
No. We get the paperwork ready so they get clean records. Tax, payroll, legal decisions and moving money stay with them and with you.
Do you really come in person?
Yes, anywhere in Benton and Washington counties, at your shop or a coffee shop. Video and phone work too.
